Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
The Pokefairy Superstore is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
The Pokefairy Superstore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
